“El consumir estos productos, significa alimentarse sano además es más rico, uno lo siente en el sabor, hay una diferencia, las remolachas son más dulces, el rábano y la col morada es más suave, es mejor”, dice Rosalía Paucar, del huerto comunitario Guangopolo.
“Consuming fresh produce means a more satisfying and healthy diet, a difference you can tell with the first bite,” says Rosalía Paucar, farmer at the orchard in Guangopolo’s province.
